I had a new Iron Curtain installed today after 20+ years of love from the previous one that I also purchased from KH Water Specialists. Service techs Aaron and Timmy were great - on time, friendly, got the job done right and took time to explain the changes with the new system! What made them extra special is that as we were finishing up payment, Aaron noticed some water leaking from under my kitchen sink. (What are the chances of having an expert there just as the problem showed itself!!) Aaron immediately opened up the cabinet and diagnosed where the leak was coming from - the faucet - and then both he and Timmy tried to help with a quick fix. They couldn't fix it, but recommended I call Kohler to see if the replacement would be covered under warranty. I called Kohler as soon as they left, and the replacement part is on its way - free, covered under warranty. Thanks for the extra help, you guys were great!!!

Wish I could give this company more than 5 stars. This company came highly recommended by a co worker. We called them on a Friday, they came out for an estimate on Monday and had installation completed on Tuesday. Outstanding customer service.
